• Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) add relevance and are an important part of the Career Cluster method of education, since they provide opportunities for students to improve their non-academic skills and attributes that will ultimately contribute to their employability. As a student participating in a CTSO, you gain experience and develop social and 21st Century leadership skills. CTSO members also make business contacts, meet new people, work closely with others who have similar interests and compete in events in their area, the region and the nation.
