Hello Wolf Creek Family!
My name is Lindsey Cheever and I am so honored and excited to be the school nurse at Wolf Creek Elementary School! Being a Spring Hill Alumni myself, along with my husband, it is an honor to serve my hometown. We live in Spring Hill with our two adorable fur babies!
Since graduating from nursing school in 2015, I have exclusively worked only in pediatrics as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. My expertise ranges from experience in Pediatric Urgent Care Settings to Pediatric Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit Settings. My ultimate goal is to keep your children safe, happy, healthy and in the classroom to learn. Please know I am here for you and your children and I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you might have!
Please let me know of any chronic health conditions such as asthma, allergies, seizures, diabetes, or any special dietary restrictions. Also, please fill out the appropriate health forms for any of the conditions above. Throughout the year, please let me know of any changes to any doctor's orders or health conditions and keep me updated on any new immunizations, surgeries, injuries and medications. If your child is taking any medication during school hours, please see the Medication Policy.
Your child may have vision, hearing, and dental screenings performed this year. You will be notified if your child has any difficulties with these screenings.
The Spring Hill School District follows the exclusion recommendations set forth by the Johnson County Health Department. A list of these conditions can be found under the Current Health Alerts Tab. If you have any questions in regards to whether your child should return to school, please do not hesitate to call!
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me via phone call or email with any questions or concerns. I am here to help! I am looking forward to providing the best care I can for your children. I have a feeling this will be a great school year!
