• Voluntary Group Runs

    We encourage prospective cross country runners to start running during the summer so that they come into our season already in running shape. To help with that, we host voluntary group runs throughout the summer.  Group runs will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 7:15am at the SHMS stadium.  These runs will start on Monday, June 2nd and go until Friday, August 1st except one off week, the week of June 30th.  You can also see the dates and time on the calander below.

    It is free to participate in our summer group runs, but we do need athletes to sign up. Please register for group runs below.

  • Summer Challenge

    The Challenge: Run 100 miles this summer

    Start and End Dates: From June 2nd - August 1st

    Any athlete who completes this challenge will receive a free t-shirt commemorating the achievement. Athletes wanting to participate in the 100 mile summer challenge and earn their t-shirt need to report their miles to Coach Preston at the voluntary summer runs.
