    The Challenge: Run 100 miles this summer

    Start and End Dates: From May 27th - August 11th

    Any athlete who completes this challenge will receive a free t-shirt commemorating the achievement. Athletes wanting to participate in the 100 mile summer challenge and earn their t-shirt need to fill out the form linked below to document their miles.

    It is free to participate in our summer group runs, but we do need athletes to sign up.  Please register for group runs below.

  • The summer cross country workouts below are the recommended training schedule to prepare you for the start of the cross country season. It is important that you do the correct amount of training over the summer so that your body is prepared for the impact of having cross country practice every day. Start getting into shape over the summer. Don’t wait until school practices start.
