Welcome to the Spring Hill Schools Electronic Backpack (Digital Flyers) – a central hub for information on school-sanctioned and community events. To better serve our students, staff and community members, the Electronic Backpack replaces traditional flyer distribution. Flyers will be electronically distributed by email and website using the services of Peachjar, and paper copies of the information will not be distributed to students.
We encourage our partners to use the guidance below to submit information for school-sanctioned programs, community organizations and family services, programs, camps, and educational enhancement opportunities.

What do families need to know?
All Spring Hill Schools parents/guardians with an email address in Skyward will automatically receive Peachjar flyers to their inbox. Families may also view flyers on the Electronic Backpack by clicking the Peachjar button on the district and/or school website.
Customize flyer delivery preferences using your username and password provided by Peachjar. Please note, you do not need to log in to receive or view flyers, only to manage preferences. If you would like to "opt-out" of receiving flyers, simply click Unsubscribe from Email Notifications at the bottom of the Peachjar email.
Peachjar is used exclusively for the distribution of district-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

How do I submit my flyer?
Organizations and Spring Hill Schools’ school groups that wish to submit flyers for district approval must review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps:
- Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com.
- Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more.
- Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer.

- All flyers must be a PDF.
- All flyers must be portrait layout.
- Flyers must be received ten days prior to the event.
- Flyers are only distributed on Fridays.
After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. For more information on the process or pricing, please email support@peachjar.com or call (858) 997-2117.

Who can submit?
Electronic Backpack submissions must be informational/educational in nature and appropriate for students. Activities should relate to an event or purpose specifically for school-age children. Flyers should be primarily for student events within the school district boundaries and countywide activities.

How is my flyer approved?
The Spring Hill Schools Communication and Engagement department reviews all flyer submissions for the Electronic Backpack. Once submitted, please allow up to ten days for materials to be reviewed. If edits are required, a notice will be sent back to the requesting organization through Peachjar. Flyers are distributed through Peachjar on a weekly basis.
Per Board Policy KI, a flyer will NOT be approved if it:
- is obscene, profane or sexually suggestive according to current legal definitions.
- is libelous or defamatory according to current legal definitions.
- is prohibited by federal, state or local law or regulation.
- promotes discrimination or retaliation on a legally protected basis.
- promotes alcohol, tobacco, smoking, electronic cigarettes, vaping, nicotine delivery devices, drug paraphernalia, any controlled substances, or any other inappropriate or illegal activity.
- creates a material or substantial interference with normal school activity or appropriate discipline in the operation of the school.
