Please be proactive and make sure your student is up to date with their immunizations. Please contact the nurse's office if you are having difficulty having this completed.
- A single dose of Tdap is required for students entering seventh grade, if no previous history of Tdap, regardless of the interval since the last Td.
- Meningitis vaccine is required for entering seventh grade and a booster at eleventh grade
- Hepatitis A is now required. This is a two-dose vaccine with six months between each dose. Please start on it now so that you will be ahead of the game!
