🌟 Big night at last night's Spring Hill Board of Education meeting as we celebrated some incredible students! 👏🌟 🏆 FFA State Convention Highlights: • Kailey Howell took 1st in Kansas in Extemporaneous Speaking and is headed to Nationals! • State Champion Poultry Judging Team: Keegan Bonner, Logan Alexander, Landon Alexander, Brooklyn Sherron • State Champion Dairy Cattle Judging Team: Keegan Bonner, Emma Meek, Emma Kaiser, Kinsley Rodden, Legacy Murphy 🥎 Varsity Girls Softball secured 2nd Place at the Class 5 State Tournament—an incredible season! 🏃‍♂️ Track & Field Shoutouts: • Jack Janovick: State Champion in the 800M with the BEST time across all classifications—1:53.71! • Jack Janovick, Calen George, Logan Beckman, Daghyn True: 2nd Place in 4x800M Relay + new school record! 🎤 Forensics Excellence: • Ariela Manaj: State Champion in Prose • Jackson Roberts: 6th in U.S. Extemp at State + Congress competitor at NCFL • Alexandro Garcia: 12th in Informative Speaking + Congress at NCFL • Kailey Howell: Congress Semifinalist at NCFL, competing at NSDA, and Academic All-American • Trystan Wood: Competing at NSDA in Humorous Interpretation • Alison Koesser: New Coach of the Year for the NSDA District 💜 We are so proud of these outstanding students for representing Spring Hill with excellence, dedication, and heart! #Learn230 #SpringHillSchools #StudentSuccess
