HVAC upgrades at Spring Hill Elementary, Spring Hill Middle School and the district's early childhood facility were also included in the financial report.

The HVAC projects had an original owner contingency allocation of $978,509, with $84,759 in reported expenses. That left $893,750 in owner contingency funds as of Sept. 21.
