Work continued on HVAC upgrades at Spring Hill Elementary, Spring Hill Middle School and the Early Childhood Center during the week of June 22-26 as crews advanced mechanical, electrical and infrastructure improvements supporting the district's facility modernization projects.

At Spring Hill Elementary, crews completed the transformer swap-over, installed the transformer pad and finished setting rooftop curbs for new HVAC equipment. Overhead electrical rough-ins continued throughout the building, while progress photos showed ductwork installation in the administrative office. During the coming week, crews are scheduled to complete overhead duct rough-ins in Area A, begin drywall and bulkhead finishing, and start installing the ceiling grid.

At Spring Hill Middle School, crews continued overhead electrical rough-ins throughout the building while completing overhead duct rough-ins in Area C and beginning work in Area B. Rooftop curbs were installed in preparation for new HVAC equipment. Upcoming work includes installing fire dampers, continuing drywall and bulkhead finishing, and advancing ductwork installation.

At the Early Childhood Center, preparations continued for the HVAC unit swap-over, which is scheduled to take place between June 29 and July 2.
