Elementary Project Update: Week of March 9–13, 2026

Construction continued across Spring Hill Schools elementary bond projects during the week of March 9–13, with crews advancing roofing, framing and interior system work at each site.

At Spring Hill Elementary, crews completed overhead ductwork and plumbing rough-ins while continuing electrical overhead work. In-wall blocking and electrical work were installed and inspected during the week. Roofing activities continued, and the building reached a dried-in milestone on March 13 as exterior sheathing and roofing work progressed.

At Prairie Creek Elementary, crews continued exterior framing and sheathing and completed window and door blocking early in the week. Parapet framing and blocking were also completed, followed by installation of the air barrier and waterproofing. Interior framing began near the end of the week, and a rooftop unit curb was installed as work prepared for upcoming mechanical and interior system tie-ins.

At Timber Sage Elementary, crews completed structural steel installation on March 12 as truss installation began. Work also included roof drain rough-in, exterior framing and sheathing, installation of rooftop unit curbs and conduit pathways from the main electrical room. These activities prepared the site for upcoming utility connections and continued framing work.

The attached weekly construction report from the district’s contractors includes construction updates, schedules and site photos documenting progress at each elementary project.
