Spring Hill Schools Bond Project – Weekly Construction Update Week of February 16–20, 2026
Construction is moving forward across all three Spring Hill Schools bond project sites during the week of February 16–20, 2026, with each campus advancing through distinct phases of its respective building envelopes and structural systems.
Spring Hill Elementary continued rapid progress on exterior framing and sheathing from February 16–19, with roof drain rough-in work completed February 18–20. Window and door blocking and parapet framing were completed on February 20, and DensGlass sheathing installation is now visibly near completion on the exterior. Looking ahead to the week of February 23–27, crews will continue framing parapets through February 24, complete window and door blocking on February 23, and begin framing interior partitions February 25–27. Ductwork installation is also scheduled throughout the full coming week, and a framing inspection is planned for February 24.
Prairie Creek Elementary focused on steel installation throughout the week of February 16–20, with structural bracing installed and joists beginning to arrive on site. The coming week of February 23–27 marks a significant milestone for this site, as the steel structure is scheduled to top out on February 23. The final joist delivery is also expected that same day, with joist installation continuing through February 27.
Timber Sage Elementary reached its own notable milestone this week, achieving topping out on February 19 as steel installation continued February 16–20. Joist and structural steel deliveries were received, and columns and beams began installation during the reporting period. Steel installation will continue through the week of February 23–27, with steel work anticipated to be fully complete by February 27.
