Construction continued across Spring Hill Schools elementary bond projects during the week of Jan. 26–30, with crews advancing structural, foundation and utility work at all three sites.

At Spring Hill Elementary, crews completed beam installation, marking the topping out of the structural steel framework on Jan. 26. Joist installation followed and continued through the end of the week. Work is scheduled to move into exterior framing, rooftop unit curb installation and concrete block-outs in the coming days.

At Prairie Creek Elementary, crews completed footings and foundations early in the week and continued in-ground utility work, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Slab preparation and concrete pours were completed toward the end of the week, positioning the site for steel delivery and mobilization scheduled for early February.

At Timber Sage Elementary, crews completed footings and foundation work by Jan. 30. Rebar installation and concrete placement progressed throughout the week. Upcoming work includes underground plumbing rough-in, in-slab electrical rough-in and preparation for slab placement.
