Construction activity continued across Spring Hill Schools elementary bond projects during the week of Jan. 12–16, with crews advancing site preparation, foundation work and structural elements at multiple locations.
At Spring Hill Elementary, crews completed construction of 10-inch cold-formed metal wall framing and applied the air barrier to exterior walls. Temporary access and safety railings were secured, and site preparations were finalized ahead of structural steel delivery. Mobilization for structural steel delivery and erection was scheduled to begin the following week.
At Prairie Creek Elementary, crews completed building pad work and began footings and foundation construction. Anchor bolts and rebar were delivered, and rock was placed in the laydown yard to support ongoing construction activities. Footings and foundations were scheduled for completion during the week of Jan. 19–23.

At Timber Sage Elementary, crews completed demolition of existing stoops and sidewalk sections, placed rock in the laydown yard and continued grading and building pad work. Anchor bolts and rebar were delivered in preparation for upcoming foundation construction. Footings and foundations were scheduled to begin the following week.
