Cavaliers in Action September 16-20, 2024

Good Morning Cavalier Families,

We had an incredible week at Dayton Creek, filled with engaged Cavaliers taking the lead in their growth and learning! In addition to the fantastic work happening in our classrooms, we conducted a successful tornado drill, vision and hearing screenings, a productive PLC Day for staff, and enjoyed an exciting visit from SHHS football players. We also kicked off our PTO Fall Catalog Sale. To top it all off, we are thrilled to announce that Dayton Creek is receiving the 2024 Civic Advocacy Network Award from the state for our dedication to fostering civic engagement among our students! We are so proud of the work of our world-class staff and the active participation of our Cavaliers!

Safety First: Slow Down and Stay Alert During Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • We kindly ask all Dayton Creek families to be mindful of their speed when driving through the neighborhood streets during drop-off and pick-up times. Please remember that many of our students and families walk, bike, or use scooters to get to and from school. Keeping your speed low and staying alert helps ensure everyone's safety. Let's work together to protect our children and keep our community safe. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to a safe school environment!
