On Monday, May 20th, all students will turn in their technology for the year. During Healthy Living classes, students will relinquish iPads and chargers. Devices will be issued back to students in August.
In preparation for check in, there are a few actions students can take to be sure all their files are ready and accessible for next year.
1. Clean out old files. Old assignments are just that: old. Students should go into Google Drive and delete any files created for classes from previous years. On the iPad, students should review all files in their Photos and Files apps to delete anything not needed or wanted for next year.
2. Have the iPad fully charged for check-in. As part of the check-in process, students will need to log on to their device. A staff member will visually inspect each iPad and record any functionality and/or hardware issues.
Note: In order to expedite the check-in process, students are asked to report any tech issues to the school librarian this week.
