One Wolf Creek Student had the amazing opportunity to attend the KMEA All-State Elementary Honor Choir.
Katelyn Willhite was one of only 160 third through fifth grade students from across the state of Kansas to be chosen out of over 900 students who auditioned. She spent the day in Wichita on Thursday, February 23 rehearsing with a guest conductor and singing with students from around the state. At the end of the day, the choir gave a performance for an audience of several hundred people.
Congratulations to Katelyn for all of the hard work she put in preparing to be a part of this special event! And thanks to Mrs. Demings for all the support she gives for our student musicians.
