Art Students Recognized
The evening of March 5, the following students attended the Next Generation Art Exhibition in Paola where Spring Hill took home the Mary Ann Grimes trophy. Audyn Detering won Best in Show, and Danny Heinen, Yashab Rivera, and Beau Gutridge each received honorable mention accolades. Congratulations to the following Bronco artists whose work was also chosen to be displayed at the Miami County Medical Center this past month: MJ Bailey, Logan Beckman, Blake Bunker, Ava Crabtree, Mikayla Duncan, Rosemary Mader, Emma Meek, Ava Quinn, Charlee Sandburg, and Karsyn Staab.

Science Olympiad Qualifies for State
On Feb. 25, the Science Olympiad team competed in their first-ever regional competition, and they crushed it! After competing in four invitational tournaments throughout the season, they placed eighth overall at regionals which secured them a spot at the State Science Olympiad Tournament at Wichita State University April 5. This is an incredible achievement for a first-year team, and we are so proud of their hard work and dedication. Wish them luck as they prepare to compete against the top teams in Kansas!

Spring Hill Schools has named Fred Bouchard, the new head football coach at Spring Hill High School. Bouchard brings over 25 years of experience, a history of turning programs into state contenders, and a commitment to developing student-athletes on and off the field.

SHIBT Begins Jan. 21

The Bronco's chapter of FCA held their annual "Fields of Faith" event on Oct. 9 at the district football stadium. This event allowed students from all over the Johnson County area to gather in fellowship.
