The purpose of SHEF Grants is to actively engage students in experiences to deepen and connect their content knowledge by using innovative classroom materials. Grant funds can be used for a variety of projects and materials, such as books, software, manipulatives, art supplies, audio-visual equipment, and lab materials.
The Spring Hill Education Foundation will award a total of up to $30,000 in grants this school year! Over the last five school years, the historical average for a single grant has been about $2,000.
Eligibility Requirements
- Proposals must meet and follow all Spring Hill Schools policies.
- Proposals must align with the curriculum for the grade level and subject area of involved students.
- Proposals should not include items or equipment already provided by the school district.
The 2023-24 SHEF Grants application will remain open through Spring Break in March 2024, with submissions reviewed throughout the school year.
