We are proud to announce Kyley Delphia as our new Director of Facilities. Delphia replaces Tim Meek who has accepted the Director of Construction and Safety position with the district.

Delphia has been with the district for 11 years and has held the positions of maintenance worker and, most recently, the Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds. His time in the department has provided him a working knowledge of facilities, vendors, and the department team.

Tim Meek is a familiar face in the district and has worked for USD 230 for 31 years. Meek has held the positions of custodian, head custodian, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and Director of Buildings and Grounds. Throughout the last three bonds Tim has been on the construction team working with architects and construction companies to oversee building projects including Prairie Creek Elementary School, Wolf Creek Elementary School, Spring Hill Elementary School Gymnasium, Timber Sage Elementary School, Woodland Spring Middle School and Spring Hill High School. His intimate knowledge of facilities and safety planning will make him invaluable in his new position.

“We are thrilled to have such knowledgeable and dedicated employees step into these roles for our district. They are dedicated to quality and go above and beyond to make sure our buildings and grounds are safe for our students, families and community,” says Michelle Hackney, Director of Human Resources.
