Coach Feeback Kansas Coach of the Week

The Kansas City Chiefs selected Spring Hill High School Coach Jason Feeback as their Coach of the Week (Kansas). Gary Spani, former Kansas City Chiefs linebacker, presented Feeback with a plaque and congratulatory football at practice on Wednesday. Center High School Coach Bryan DeLong was also named as a Coach of the Week (Missouri).

“Thank you to the Kansas City Chiefs for this award,” Feeback “We humbly accept this award on behalf of our outstanding coaches and the Spring Hill High School community. Most importantly, this award represents our players that continue to LEVEL UP every day. Without their commitment and hard work, none of this would be possible.”

Spring Hill defeated DeSoto last Friday 28-14 to move to 5-0 on the season, the first 5-0 start since 1990. Coach Feeback and the No. 5 ranked (Kansas Class 5A) Broncos look to remain undefeated to finish the season as they play at Tonganoxie on October 8, Piper at home on October 15, and at Eudora on October 22.

As a result of this honor, Spring Hill High School will receive a $500 player health and safety grant from the Hunt Family Foundation. Both Feeback and DeLong are now qualified for the Eric Driskell Coach of the Year Award, which will be voted on later this fall.
