Ms. Estes is a born and raised Kansas Citian. She completed a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education K-9 at the University of Kansas. She taught Middle School Language Arts and Math for six years before returning to the University of Kansas for a Masters Degree in Education Administration. She has been a building administrator since 1986.  She has been the middle school Assistant Principal and Activities Director at Spring Hill Middle School since 1988. Her major responsibilities with this position are working with kids, parents, and teachers and as a leader in school improvement process. Her major emphasis is "Doing what is best for kids!"
