Online Meal Payments

Spring Hill School District is now accepting meal payments online

  • EZSchoolPay.com is going to be making some improvements to it's website. During this period, only Mastercard will be accepted. Once the new site is launched, VISA and Mastercard will be accepted. The anticipated time for the improvements to be completed is during the month of October 2008. Parents will be able to continue viewing their child/children's meal account balances during the improvement phase.

The Spring Hill School District offers an internet service to help you better manage your child’s school meal account. In addition to checking your child’s school meal balance online, you may use your VISA or MasterCard to enter a payment to your child’s Meal Tracker® food service account. Online payments are automatically received into the school’s Meal Tracker® system within minutes.

This service is available at EZSchoolPay.com. You will be instructed to create an account and link your children to the account (by 6-digit student ID Number) before entering a credit. There is a 6% service fee that is charged for each credit entered online. E-TritionWare, not the school or school district, is collecting this fee to offer the service.

In addition to helping schools take advantage of the latest technology, the service is a great convenience to parents. No longer will you wonder if the check you wrote for meals actually made it to school. Children will be assured that meals will continue uninterrupted. Schools will appreciate that meal lines will move quickly and that fewer children will owe money on their meal account.

The Spring Hill School District Department of Food Service strives to provide a balanced nutritional program for all children, meet USDA requirements, and provide support and options for parents.
