| Dr. Karen Brack was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up
in Tucson, Arizona. She graduated from Wasson High School in
Colorado Springs, Colorado. Karen received her Bachelor degree in
English and Biology education from Concordia University in Seward,
Nebraska. She earned her Master's degree from Pittsburg State
University in 1992. Karen received her Doctorate in
Educational Administration from Saint Louis University in 2008.
Karen taught at Paola High School for eighteen years. During
those years, she was a member of the English department which was
awarded the Kansas State Board of Education Award for Excellence in
the teaching of writing. Karen was also the Wal-Mart teacher of the
year in 1998. |
