All-School Spelling Bee
Spring Hill Middle School held its annual spelling bee recently, and it took three separate sessions to finally determine a winner in a marathon-spelling struggle. The winner was seventh grader Anna Mitchell, and the runner up was sixth grader Emily Simmons. Other grade-level representatives that participated in the impressive spell-off included:

7th grade: Tessa Davids, Kasaundra Kosberg, Anna Mitchell, Brooke Chabot and Cody John

8th grade: Robby Haupt, Erica Holmes, Trevor Splichal, Kainon Clark and Jordan Martin
The all school spelling bee is sponsored by Mrs. Floyd and Miss Maynes.
