Community Service

Why Community Service?
Community service strengthens young peoples' sense of community, civic engagement and nationalism. It teaches youth the value of citizenship, compassion, and responsibility by getting them involved in their community. In addition, community services helps young people to understand the impact volunteering has on individuals, neighborhoods, and cities. Finally, volunteering feels good! It gives youth a sense of pride and accomplishment that lasts a lifetime.

How Do I Get Started?
If you would like to make a positive impact on our community, you can participate in our Community Service Program.  Download your Community Service Log (pdf, 4.07KB) to get started!
