Third quarter begins our "serious" research efforts. Students will be learning how to effectively use various print and nonprint resources. We will also have a fun activity to determine just how "credible" certain websites may be! Ask about racing "vitual" roller coasters too! Our reserach efforts will lead us to this fun competition.
Lots of new books are being circulated and more new titles are on order. Look for the addition of an ebook or two for those lucky students who now have ereaders!
Fourth quarter will emphasize literary genres and allow us to spend more time getting to know some new authors and new works by some outstanding authors.
