PCES Students On the Right Track

PCES fourth graders have been studying motion, force and energy. Each group of students was given tape, pipe insulation, and a marble. The main objective was to set the marble in motion, moving it from one end of the tube to the other as they experimented with varying applications of force. Several degrees of difficulty were then added with hills, loops and jumps.
