Screening Information:
Screenings are held at Spring Hill Elementary School, located at 300 S. Webster, Spring Hill, KS. 66083.
Screenings are held for children Ages 3 to 5 years old.
To schedule a screening, call 913-592-7104 on Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
