Miss Rusnak:
II was born and raised an Air Force "brat." I am lucky to have lived in different places as I grew up and had some great experiences in many of those places. I have an amazing family spread out across the country. On my time away from school, you can find me on Long Island with my grandmother, aunts, uncles, and cousins or in Colorado Springs with my parents, Galveston with my brother, or Phoenix with my sister and little brother. So as you can tell, I love to travel, especially to see family.
I get asked many times what brought me to Kansas and why I would ever leave Colorado. I attended the University of Central Missouri where I played soccer. After graduation, I landed in Spring Hill and really found a home here. It is a great district with even better parents and students!
With my free time, you might have guessed, I love to play soccer. However, as much as I love the game and play it constantly, hockey is a very close second. Though there's not a lot of hockey here in Kansas, I still enjoy watching it on TV when I can.
