Hello and welcome to Mr. Meier's biology webpage!
Welcome back! I hope you all had a great break and were able to spend time with family and friends. The first month of this second semester we will be learning about the passing of traits from parents to offspring, called heredity. Students will be working through activities and labs to discover why they have the traits they do and how they compare to others. This topic is typically a point of interest for the majority of students and I look forward to working with them. The rest of the semester we will discuss the history of life on Earth, evolution, and the classification of organisms. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns as they arise.
