We have learned so much in our first quarter of school! We have focused on math concepts such as time, money, computation, word problems, and measurement. In reading we continue to work on comprehension skills including main idea, character, setting, and plot, and problem and solution within a story. In science we finished up our unit over plants and began our unit over animals. We have been using our Map Champ Atlas and focusing on our map skills in social studies. We are also looking forward to our upcoming field trip to the Coterie Theater and Kaleidoscope in November!
