Speech Sounds Development

Have you ever wondered if the speech sounds your child is producing are appropriate for their age?  Do you hear errors when your child is talking but aren’t sure if that is still typical for their age?

The file below is a fun way to look at what sounds your child should be able to produce at each age.  Each number represents an age (3 = 3 years old).  The letters hidden inside each number represent the sounds that your child should be able to produce at that age (should be able to produce v and f sometime during their 5th year).
